SCULPTURE

Back in times when Alexander the great was spreading his name across the world, a poor guy from a village of Persia earned his living by building sculptures and houses.

He had only mother in his family and she took well care of his son really well. Her son’s skills were heard by Sultan one day and was invited to the castle to make a statue for the Sultan.

His mother was really happy for him and made many sweet bread with sugar and milk and put them in to his sack, wished him a good luck. When he got to the castle his gaze immediately fell upon the daughter of Sultan and instantly hypnotized by love. Sultan promised to give anything as payment for completing sculpture.

When he was done with the task, he asked the obvious, the marriage of Sultan’s daughter. Sultan agreed but the daughter had a condition.

“Build an unearthly castle for me” demanded the daughter. He was ready to accept any condition. He worked day and night and finished in a short time…

She then mockingly told that she had another task and ”Name it, my princess” replied, he was willing to do anything for the sake of her acceptance.

“Bring me thy mother’s pumping heart with your bare hands”.

He hesitated in this evil condition, but his mother agreed, “I will do anything to make your life better, my son” smiled his mother.

As he was running to his love, he tripped to a piece of wood and fell to the ground, dropping his mother’s pumping heart to the ground and he hurt his leg, “Are u ok, my son, … you hurt?”

...a voice came from the heart on the ground. Tears slided down from his eyes as he ran towards his love.

The daughter vomited upon seeing the heart, and told him to jump off on top of the castle that you built, as he was getting closer to the ground…

“ I will do anything for such a beauty…”
